📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that during high-demand periods or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping (5–10 business days)

  • Flat Rate: $4.95

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $60+


📍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping times may be affected by external factors such as weather, carrier delays, or high order volume. We are not responsible for delays caused by these events, but we will do our best to support you.


📬 Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we cannot guarantee delivery. In such cases, customers may be responsible for re-shipping fees.


📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
